To dispatch an electrician for an EV charger troubleshoot we have a $275 dispatch fee
(*we service San Mateo/Santa Clara & Alameda county).
Once paid we will email you to schedule. The troubleshoot appointment includes running diagnostics for the charger and the electrical wiring. Once the troubleshoot is complete we will send a quote for any other labor and materials needed to fix the issue. If you have the permit or the receipt/ VIN # for the charger that is helpful as well.
